Return Policy

Returns of merchandise for refund or replacement is subject to the following terms and/or cost restrictions unless otherwise stated on the product description page.


  • You have 25 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request for return.
  • All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by Search Wellness.
  • Each item to be returned might require a unique RMA number.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days and the product must reach our warehouse before the expire.
  • Products sent back without valid RMA numbers will not be accepted.
  • Unless there is a quality issue with the product, you will responsible for shipping cost of the returned items.
  • In some cases when we don't cover the shipping cost, we are able to provide your with a return label at our warehouse reduced rates.
  • Products are sold AS IS if they are discontinued by the manufacturer. Such products are not returnable unless damaged during shipping.
  • Returned products must be 100% complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code, packing materials, and ALL items and documentation included with the original shipment.
  • Any damages or missing items to the original package will result in deduction from your refund.
  • Refunds are issued within 10 days of return of the product.
  • No returns for special orders, orders placed by phone or orders receiving a special discount.
  • No returns for grocery, food products, liquids, or products that create safety concerns if returned.
