• USE 1 OR 2 GEARS DURING THE DAY-- It is recommended to use 1 or 2 gears during the day to limit the movement of the elbow joint in the range of 0-60 degrees, which does not affect normal life, and can effectively avoid the continuous bending of the elbow joint, such as driving, making long calls.
• USE 3 OR 4 GEARS DURING THE NIGHT-- It is recommended to use 3 or 4 gears at night to keep the elbow in the extended position to the maximum. In 3 gears, allow the elbow to move within the range of 0-30 degrees to relieve the discomfort caused by the elbow extended for a long time.
• COMFORTABLE AND BREATHABLE, EASY TO USE-- The splint has soft foam padding lined with breathable diamond non-slip lining that allows your skin to breathe; hook & loop closure - can be easily adjusted with one hand for desired compression and support, fits left or right arm.
• We have two sizes to accommodate all size arms. S/M for smaller arms (teens and average size woman) and L/XL for larger arms. To determine the correct size needed, measure the circumference of the middle of the bicep. The S/M size fits 9-12.5 inch biceps. The L/XL fits 13-16 inch biceps.
